Sorry, but the cat’s got my tongue these days…. so I’m leaving it to Fred to tell the story.
Beachcombing

I live in the Australian countryside with my animals. Together we explore the land around us and their connection with the world helps me to see what I would otherwise be blind to. They are my teachers. My aim is to convey this other way of seeing through my photography. View all posts by eremophila

I’d say he did a fine job of it, too. I’m glad for the closeup of the “thing.” It looked quite like one of our stinging jellyfish in the first photo, and I was a little worried about what was to come. Only a bottle! But what neat “stuff” attached to it. And that first photo of Fred in the water is just great. It made me want to head to the beach — which I’d do, if it weren’t so hot you can’t even walk on the sand. August on the Gulf Coast has its pleasures, but the heat isn’t one.
Thanks Linda 🙂 Woof from Fred 🙂
Hi Enivea, It is good to see your latest photos down on the beach. Fred is clearly enjoying the outing. I am intrigued that the pipis have attached themselves to the bottles making a miniature artificial reef.
I am glad the days are now getting longer and there are hints of spring with the blossom trees beginning to burst their buds.
Hopefully you are able to observe the early signs of spring where you live also.
My best wishes to you and all the creatures in your household.
Hi Margaret, yes spring is slowly arriving.. dwarf peach has a few blooms, and the cows are calving. The almonds in the district are almost finished blooming. But August here can be as fiercely winter as July. And thank you ♥
Fred did a pretty good job with that story.
Woof! 🙂
