  1. You just can’t believe how good this looks. We’ve just had another front roll through, and we’ve lost fifteen degrees in an hour. It’s on its way back down – groundhog day or no, we’re in for another week of wild swings between obnoxious and dreadful, weatherwise.

So your photo’s most welcome – a token of what surely will come!

    • I’m glad it reached the spot Linda, as that was my intention. Over here it was the complete opposite – it reached 45C in the shade at home, the hottest I’ve experienced in this region, although it was common where I’ve lived in the past. There were two bushfires in the region also, too close to home for comfort. Turning a few degrees from where I took this image, was smoke billowing out from a scrub fire and planes water bombing.
These extremes of weather I think help us to appreciate the mild times when they arrive. 🙂

  2. I bet there are a few people following Ralph’s advice in this long, dry, hot spell, Enivea. No rain is forecast at all in the next week. The cool changes might bring cooler temperatures but they bring no rain. Melbourne and Castlemaine are as dry as chips.
