The Grampians Part 6 – Following the road

Continuing my post on the Grampians, when I could, I took the ‘road less traveled’ so I would be able to drive slowly, stop frequently and generally do what I wanted, without bothering other road users.  Here’s a variety of roads…. and watch out for wanderlust! 🙂   And listen to a blast from the past!!

    • Many thanks, I’m glad they appealed to you 🙂 Since I was a child, I’ve been drawn to following the road….and adventures and discoveries… 🙂

  1. We’d travel together just fine, I suspect. Those are my kind of road. Some of them appear to be laterite soil – the reddish ones. Is that so? We had laterite in Liberia, and of course our states have some, especially in Mississippi.

When I lived in Liberia, one of the best selling books about the country was called “Red Dust on the Green Leaves” – a reference to what was stirred up when people traveled those roads.
