KCA Novemberwoolworths_logo_detailA Millicent shop and a local manufacturer are helping the bushfire victims in Tasmania.

The Woolworths Supermarket in Davenport Street is accepting monetary donations.

Kimberly-Clark Australia has organised for pallets of goods made at the Millicent Mill to be sent to Foodbank Australia to distribute to bushfire victims in Tasmania.

The donated goods include the locally-made Kleenex Cottonelle toilet paper as well as the Kleenex Huggies, U by Kotex and other K-C Health Care products which are made elsewhere.

The first 35 pallets have been distributed yesterday (Tuesday)

Foodbank Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that collects and distributes food and grocery items to welfare agencies, to provide for those in society who need it most.

Kimberly-Clark Australia is a long-time partner of Foodbank, and the company ensures that they have a constant supply of the essential products in the bank so they can dispatch immediately in cases of emergency likeā€¦
